Faith Formation 

We believe that the church is the assembly of believers, rather than a building.  As such, we are not bound by one location, but gather together in many different spaces. We meet in Cafes, homes, storefront spaces, and garages. As a community we are young, but grounded with wisdom from our elders.  We gather together for bible study, faith sharing, prayer and to deepen our understanding of what God is doing in our lives and in our world. Together we like to think that we are writing the next chapter of the book of Acts. Here is how we are doing so: 

Noche Familar

Cada tercer viernes hacemos una noche familiar. Noche familiar es una oportunidad para familias reunirse y convivir con comida, cancion, oracion, escritura y diversión. Todos están bienvenidos. La dirección es 4746 W. Vernor Hwy. 

Sunday Afternoon bilingual gathering, text study, and faith reflection 

Every Sunday afternoon at 1 PM we gather Grace in Action 1725 Lawndale St. for contextual bible study led by Pastor John and reflection on our lives and how the text is speaking to us for the week. We end with a time of prayer and often a meal together. 

Forming Faith 

Forming faith is a group that meets weekly to encounter the basic foundational principals of the Christian Faith and how it relates to our daily lives, our interactions and the every day decisions we make. This is a group of families and individuals, young and old, who meet together weekly on Sundays.
